Om enthousiast en warm van te worden! Samen met de International Students Chaplaincy die kerkt in de Franciscus en Clarakerk vieren we het Pinksterfeest. Pastor José en pater Avin gaan voor. Wil je eens mee zingen met de mooie combinatie internationals & het Franciscuskoor? Geef je dan op bij dirigente Janine de Jong of bij het secretariaat om eenmalig mee te oefenen voor deze feestelijke viering.
Aan ieder die dat heeft, vragen we om op deze zondag te komen in traditionele kleding van het land of de streek waar je vandaan komt, of waar je je mee verbonden voelt.
Na de viering is er een Pinkster-picknick op het plein voor de kerk. Voor koffie, thee en een sapje wordt gezorgd. Neem zelf iets kleins te eten mee dat je kunt delen; bijv. wat fruit, koek, cake, brood, noten. Een picknickkleed of kussen is ook handig. En we hopen op de zon. Welkom aan iedereen!

We celebrate Pentecost together with the International Students Chaplaincy at the Franciscus and Clara church. Thecelebration is with Pastor José and Fr Avin presiding. Would you wish to participate, sing, make music (and dance) with the beautiful combination of ISC & Franciscus choirs? Sign up with conductor Janine de Jong, Theo Hebbing or with the secretariat of the church if you want to practice for this special festive occasion. You are all invited to come in your national costume or dress too, confirming the spirit of Pentecost!
After the celebration, we hold a Whitsunday picnic at the square in front of the church. Of course we hope for a radiant sunny day. Coffee, tea, juices and drinks are provided. It is potluck so you are invited to bring your own small snack to share: delicacies, fruit, biscuit, cake, bread, a piece of cheese or other toppings. A picnic blanket or cushion is also useful, although there will also be chairs and benches to sit on.
